Bring your electronics, appliances, Styrofoam, batteries, propane tanks, fluorescent light bulbs, year-round to the Trumbull Collection Facility.

From May-October, the Trumbull Collection Facility is able to also accept flammable and hazardous materials, (i.e. gasoline, chemicals, pesticides, oil-based paints, etc.).

Trumbull County residents are welcome to take their flammable Household Hazardous Waste to the Geauga Collection Facility during winter months.

Did you know – we don’t accept plastic chairs, yogurt cups, or strawberry containers? 

Don’t look at the numbers on the materials. Look at the shape to determine if we can accept it.

Putting unacceptable items in our bins can increase our costs and potentially close recycling sites. What we can accept in our drop-off site recycling bins can change with recycling markets and as technology improves. Always check the labels on the bins before recycling. Visit the Recycle Right webpage for more information.
