Each year, the District offers FREE paper shredding events at each of our two collection facilities. These “Shred Days” are typically held shortly after tax season, on Saturdays at the end of April.

In 2023, two very successful paper shred days were held.

April 22, 2023 – Paper shred at Geauga Collection Facility

We collected 14,559 lbs. of papers to be shredded from 386 cars. It was our largest paper shred event held in Geauga County EVER!
