The Board of Directors of the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District is seeking bid proposals for the Purpose of Single Stream and Institutional Recycling Drop-Off Services (“Recycling Drop-Off Services”) within Geauga and Trumbull County. The successful Bidder will be awarded the right to perform the Recycling Drop-Off Services beginning July 1, 2024. Bids will be accepted for a minimum term of thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) one (1) year options decided by the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District. The award shall be based upon an analysis of the lowest and best bid for the right to provide the Recycling Drop-Off Services. The District, within its sole discretion, reserves the right to select the proposal that the District determines is the lowest and best bid.

The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District will be accepting sealed bids until Monday, April 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM at 5138 Enterprise Dr., Warren, OH 44481 and opened and read for:
THE PURPOSE OF HAULING AND PROCESSING SERVICES FOR SINGLE-STREAM RECYCLING & INSTITUTIONAL DROP-OFF SITES WITHIN GEAUGA AND TRUMBULL COUNTIES IN FRONT-LOAD CONTAINER(S) PROVIDED BY THE BIDDER.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, on Monday, March 25, 2024 in the conference room of Geauga-Trumbull SWMD, located at 5138 Enterprise Blvd NW, Warren, OH 44481.

All sealed proposals must be submitted to Geauga-Trumbull SWMD on or before 2:00 p.m. EST, on Monday, April 22, 2024 (the “Deadline”). Geauga-Trumbull SWMD will open the proposals received prior to the deadline at 2:10 p.m. EST, on Monday, April 22, 2024 in the conference room of Geauga-Trumbull SWMD, located at 5138 Enterprise Blvd NW, Warren, OH 44481. Geauga-Trumbull SWMD will time and date stamp all sealed proposals which are received by the Deadline immediately upon receipt.
